Even if you do 500 sit-ups every morning, you will not remove the fat rings around your waist. This is also valid for any exercise intended to shape critical parts of the body. Fats cannot go away just where you want to! Exercises for a certain part of the body will strengthen the muscles a tip for youand reshape the selected part, but the fats will start to melt when they will be melting also in other parts. Unfortunately, for women this probably means a smaller size of bra, but there is no other way.

Let’s say that you broke your new rules – you missed a day of training and in the night attack of hunger you ate a slice of pizza. In this case, the worst thing you can do is to give up and say that the insistence on good intentions doesn’t make sense, since you slacked off already during your first days of the imposed route. Rather, forgive yourself as quickly as you can and continue according to your plan. It’s naturally and expected that you make little “sins”, but that doesn’t mean that all your efforts are in vain. What is worse – the fact that you made some mistakes in one month of healthy lifestyle or that you lost your hope already in the first week and went back to your old ways?

“IF I SKIP A MEAL, I WILL LOSE MY WEIGHT FASTER”

Don’t do this, because the result will be the opposite of the one intended. Not only that your body will store every excess calorie and that you will lose weight much more slowly, but you will be even so starving that you could eat a horse. Of course, this means that without morning breakfast you will eat too much at lunch and probably you will reach for a treat that otherwise would not tempt you. Don’t forget that your body needs a steady inflow of energy, vitamins and minerals, so it’s not good to starve it. A healthy meal is for sure much better choice than a missed meal, when trying to lose weight.
