Nowadays, in modern cuisine there are no limits in using new ingredients and matching different flavours. So, let’s have a look how we can use Green Tea in some delicious recipes…


Ingredients (for 4 persons) : 3 eggs, 100 g of sugar, 2 dl of cream, 2 tablespoons of matcha (Green Tea in powder)

Separate whites and yolks of the eggs. Beat the yolks together with sugar and when the mixture becomes of light colour and foamed, then you should add the green tea paste. This last one is made by melting the two tablespoons of matcha with two tablespoons of hot water.

In the next step whip the egg whites into firm snow and add it together with whipped cream to the above-described mixture.

Finally, pour all this in a metallic bowl and leave it in freezer for at least three hours.
