CALMING GREEN TEA TONIC
• 1 cup of green tea leaves
• 1 liter of purified water
Dip the leaves in hot water for 20 minutes. Then, let the tea cool down and put it in a glass bottle in the fridge.
This tonic can be used to cool and refresh the skin, for minor cuts, abrasions and sunburn. Soak a cotton in green tea and hold it on the affected area for 15 minutes. To refresh tired eyes, drain well the soaked cotton and place it on eyes for 10 minutes. If you have pimples, you can also apply green tea on them.
